just bought a RS800 with signcut letter 2005.
i notice that the sm plotters that you sell are redsail plotters in the pdf manual yet you do not list redsail as a plotter in you list plotters.
on my red sail the manual says set the Roland blade offset to .25 for standard vinyl yet signmax letter 2005 Cutting control panel /options only lets you enter whole integer values. what do i do?
also i can set a pressure value on the plotter (this seems to control hight) and also pressure on the cutter control panel. does one over ride the other?
the plotter at the moment cuts the lines drawin but also stays down on the vinly while moving to a new location (ie next letter), it does not do this all the time. and works ok in Cutemate1.0. This is the main problem for me at the moment.

For the redsail you need to set the pressure and the speed from the cutter.
In the cutting pannel Use option and
make sur to set the ofset between 10 to 15 and use start point orientation |
