<  Vinyl Cutter sign making   ~  Runtime Error:

when i click on the cutting panel icon, i get a runtime error of Programs:...ogramFiles\SignMax\WinPCsignletter12.0E\WinPCsign.exe & also there are no equipment names in the settings menu to pick for the plotter code... what is the fix for this. thanks....

Does anyone have any idea as how to fix this problem... How bout it IVAN.... Any ideas anyone.... this is a MASTER XY-380P (plotter-cutter)

It's look your WinPCSIGN is a Copy or a bad CD
if you have your serial number Please update your software

My WinPc 12.0 Letter had a serial number Magic Markered on the disc..
It came with my Master Cutter ..(4 digit number)

There is an update for the Program in the download section
The program expires after a year ..
That is why Desay does not use WinPc any longer.
At least that is what they told me.

Dessay didnt know about this Update until I told them after searching the web trying to get up and running again.

It took me a few weeks to find a way out of this problem..
Writing tech suppoort got me nowhere.


I'm still waiting for a reply why the software is cutting vinyl erraticly
causing loss of Time and Material ..
and Also why upgrading to 14.0 pro, all the files I made in 12.0 can not be read with 14.0 Pro
