HI! Every time that I use more than 1/2 the width of my vinyl, cutter , the knife cuts thru vinyl and a bit of the backing paper. I have a 32 inches wide plotter. I'm working with : 400mm/s @ 15g...
Further more: When I lay down words or letters on the usable width(23 inches) my cutter is acting erracticly: It will start by rolling toward the back of the machine then stops, and roll again and stops again. Then, it starts cutting what I want it to but it may stop on a letter and the machine rolls back leaving knife on vinyl thus cutting in diagonal on what has already been cut.

I call desaypc@com and e-mailed them . First they blamed the software and on my second attempt they never returned my e-mail or calll.
But, when the machine works it's very good

Hi
The major problem with the master cutter is the static .
When you send something big the cutter with the static loast some code ande the plotter come creazy.
Example : PD1200,3456 --> This command Move the head to the point
(1200,3456) but is the machine lost one bit
he send PD(120003456) and the cutter go anywhere.
The static can also change the pressure. |
