My cutter and software came with rhw rockeye4 dongle key, which I have plugged in, but the software install shield will not finish. I keep getting a error message for logo data 2 cab. The message is "cyclic redundancy check.
I have no idea if the plotter is good or bad because I can't even get the software to load.
o I have defective cd or rockeye4? Please respond asap, as I am losing time and faith in this product. |
