couple of major problems with basic version
1 when cutting 2 colours cuts one fine then when i go back to cut the second part the computer crashes the only way to get round this problem is to ctrl alt del therefore losing all work
2 get the system error av12323 tried to download the update and there is no web address ie internet cannot display the page
what is going on with this software thought it was good but having nothing but hassle with it |

| Good luck in getting a reply for problems u run into with this companies software problems. Been several weeks for me & no replies. Lost time & lost customers. Really angry & disgusted with the service & support u get from these people..... |

| have you not sorted yours either then it is a shambles you would of thought they would have someone to help even emailing does not help |
