I have been trying to log in on my 3 month free membership for a couple of days and I still have 2 months left of my membership. When I try to log in, it won't accept my username or password. I have written to SignMax but I have not received an answer. I have no problem logging onto the forum. Is anyone else having any problems logging onto the Logos and Fonts? 
I wrote a message in the software forum earlier today but I think that was the wrong place to post.

We have working hard to fix all the problems.
The logos sharing a the font sharing are back online.
We will add 2 month membership extension to your current account.
Just contact-us via email at membership@signmax.us and we will adjust your account setting.
