I have a PCUT CT-635 and running WinPCSIGN Letter 2005
Weed Value 0.15, Knive Offset 12, using a fresh 45 degree blade
Been running the plotter and software w/o problems for over a year. now i have run into a series of problems and hoping someone can help
i usually cut outlines of graphics so its basically a shape with an outline shape .04cm wider.
lately, whenever i cut any shape, it will usually do the inside shape fine and then cuts about half the outside shape. its very inconsistent and since it happens on an outline i believe the blade position is too similar for it to be a teflon strip problem (i did replace it by the way)
currently, the plotter is set to a pressure of 97 and cuts cleanly when put in the test cut mode.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
