Remember that we are the same company that created WinPCSIGN so we can add new driver to our Funtime Deluxe
People from Baicam just decided to send us the Black Cat machine. So we can now write a driver for this cutter. We will also give our opinion about this sign making machine . |

We received it Jan 20,2009 tracking number is 1z283 v96 04 9137 9365,
But they start selling this cutter without driver and work what should be done before, more than 2 months ago. We tested cutter and it really ordinary machine. Now on the market customers can find better quality for this money. We even cannot recommend this cutter to our customers.
We cannot do our job without payment. We are not charity organization. Our employee wanna get their salary every week. For this client we even paid customs fees. Your customs cannot be our problem right.
We lost our money and time. And we get bad feedback. We do not understand why. Job must be done in right order. Test cutter add driver, all correction for best cutter job and only after put it on the market. Not inverse.
I think we should close this discussion. Company should communicate with boss and find solutions. But me personal do not want to listen anything about this client and this company. |

Listen, do you understand if we do not see your cutter before end of January How your cutter can be fully customized and have relevant driver. How you can start to sell it to customers not fully tested. Programmer should work with software and CUTTER the same time. About Australia - only Canada Xpresspost International - fastest way 7 days. We cannot do anything here - all questions to carrier.
You paid only for dongle key. ONLY DONGLE.Development do not cost 1h of labor worker job. No payment for development was done.NO payment for another 60 dongle, shipping price and Customs.
And IT IS YOU who HAS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CUTTER and instead of solve it start to insult company. And this is you who DISHONEST WITH CUSTOMER.
We do not have any problem with OUR SOFTWARE. Funtime Deluxe was success in CHA 2009 Expo in USA.
And we do not work with people like you. IF WE HAVE PROBLEM WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS.
WE ARE NOT INSULT OUR PARTNERS.
GOOD LUCK with your cutter, hope you will improve it with Chine to reach cutting standard as another cutters on the market have. |
