| Is there a way to print the graphics on paper, included in the software, rather than hunt through them on the computer? |

Just use File Print to send your graphic to the printer.
Or You can use File--> Print and fit this function fit your drawing in the printer page |

| I guess I was referring to printing an entire catergory, rather than indiviually. |
