Hello, I am new here. I can not get my bridge pro720 to comunicate with winpcsign pro 2007. What is the computer operating system that is required? I have tried parallel port, com port and usb. I have installed disk that came with plotter and watched many videos on here. Banging my head for 3 days over this. Need to fill orders. thank you |

very important to identify on your computer, what kind of enable port it offer you:
Serial port Com1 , com 2 (9 or 25 male pin).
Parallel LPT1, LPT2 (25 pin female).
USB or USB serial adapter.
You need also identify the plotter cable that you have. Serial is not compatible with parallel cables. ( check male/ female pin)
If your using USB cable, the software need a special driver (CD-Rom) that is provided by the cutter manufacture.
You can also use the USB cable like Serial Com Port. Check on your Device Manager /Port from Windows system, the com port number.
Our software only need Pentium II, Windows 2000, XP and Vista to run WinPCSIGN. |
