I have winPCSIGN PRO 2007. When I go to cut my vinyl it doesn't respond. I click on the cut button and then my cutting control panel comes up. I select the panel that I want to cut and press start and thats it. It says not responding. I have tried to open other saved files and start cutting them but it does the same thing. It will save my work but it stops communicating when I go to cut.

| Did you verify the communication port where the machine is connected? |
