| I've been using my winpcsign pro 2007 successfully and enjoy it until the other day I went to design a new product for a client and when I clicked on the icon I got the error message "no dongal" my dongal was there I even tried it in a different port, restarted my computer, reinstalled the whole program nothing works. help! |

| In order to know if the key is burn , I recommend you to install your software to another computer. If you have same problem, you need to contact signmax.inc |

| just tried it on another computer and it started the program kind of but soon as it came to the tips it said www.signmax.us and closed. |

| 1 file is missing. This problem normally occurs with Windows Vista. Uninstall and reinstall the software can help you. |
