<  WinPCSIGN Software  ~  contour a vector

I'm having a problem contouring a custom vector file that I've created. Any suggestions? It keeps saying to that I need to shape/break all? After I do, it says that I need to click on the image, but it keeps saying that no matter where I click on it. Any suggestions?

The software allow you to do contour cut around picture. Here is a movie about:

If you want to do contour around Vector, we call this Outline (from Tool menu)Here is a movie:
