I followed your instructions and I believe the 2 are communicating now but the read-out on the Roland screen says "ESC. Error 16 Please see manual" - but my manual doesn't name error 16 and tell me the fix. However, I did find a manual of a PNC-900 on line from an that states "Cause: the I/O buffer overflows. Action: This error does not occur when hardware handshake is performed, but may occur when software handshake is performed. If this error occurs, check the remaining buffer capacity of the PNC-900 and send less data than the remaining buffer capacity".
Hope you can help.
One more thing. I pressed the FUNC key after the message appeared and the cutter carriage moved over to the left and cut part of the image I sent to be cut. |
