I have purchased the WinPCSIGN Pro 2012 and have it connected to my computer by USB with the Serial Adapter Cable. I added cutter from (Setting menu - Plotter code -Add - Ok - Port COM2 - Accept/Save ) type in some text and click "Cut Project", a window pops up saying "No Plotter Selected". The "Set up Plotter" box comes up again, I complete it the same as I did before and the same thing happens.
What should I do?

Hi, if you select a plotter driver from Plotter Code and the software doesn't save it, is because you dont have the administrator privileges of the computer that you are using. You need to get the permission from the administrator if you want to save a file to Local Disk C:/
You can also select the Use local directory function from Setting/Setup |
