I have a signmax 48 "cutter the cutter seems like it sticks sometimes can you tell me what to do or is the electrical part going bad that moves the blade up and down

You need to clean and lubricate the poles of the head. Remove the blade-holder and push down with your finger Sometime the O-ring attached to the pole avoid the head go down. If does not work, you can cut the O-ring; however the head it will sound when it touch down
we also recommend to clean and lubricate the pole behind the head
