| I've set the setting to "Heavy" but I keep on getting the "Motor Error" message because it's unable to pull the vinyl from a 30"x50yards roll. Am I missing something?? |

| If the roll of material is too heavy and the cutter receives too much resistance, then the cutter will stop itself instead of breaking itself. I would suggest giving it enough slack for the job till the roll become a bit lighter. |
