I just got the Pcut ct-630 last week,and it came with the 07 pro software.
I'm not able to cut anything. As soon as I click the start button it locks up
and the program need to end.
I have went through the faq's and the forum and did everything I could find
on here. Doesn't help my problem. I found and update and it didn't help.
It's funny I can run this software for an hour or 5 min with no problems.
As soon as I click start it needs to close. Any good reason for this.
Guess I have to call and send this software back and replace it or get the older version. |

| Called Signmax. They got it working. Not sure how it happened, but it works now. So thanks. |

I need help with something similar. Just bought a new computer, installed all software on it cut my first project fine. Went to cut the second and the cutter was cutting every which way but the image on the screen. reinstalled software no dice. Tells me com port 3 is OK ant not available. Tried every com port no luck. It would at least recognize the cutter before now it won't even recognize it.
Luckily I still have the old computer and everything works perfectly still.. Checked all my settings they are all correct and I'm at a loss now. Pierre? Any ideas? |
