Why do files that are created in Inkscape and exported as .eps or .dxf files not import properly into winpcsign letter?
I have tried dozens of files but each time winpcsign asks for vector or bitmap and when I click vector, nothing appears. |

| Make sur you don't use compression and pdf option when you save you file. |

| I have been using my signmax pro for about a week now with no prob. today I opened up my machine and it said no dongle found. I was going to take out the dongle and reinsert it but when I touched it it was HOT !!! and the light was not on . Please help me I have a show on Friday and need to use my Pro package. |
