Taxes
United States: No taxes
Canada: GST 5%
Quebec: GST 5% + PST 9.5%
Maritimes: HST 13%.
Nova Scotia: HST 15%.
British-Colombia: HST 12%.
Duty, customs and taxes are free to US customers.
Currency
All products on our website have price in US and Canadian dollars. By default we show CAD prices, simply click on CAD currency for switching to USD currency.
Shipping rates
For simplicity, we have implemented a flat shipping rate system based on our past experience. A flat shipping rate is automatically added for each item and totaled on a separate line. All shipping flat rates are mainly for Canadian customers, as well as US customers in the 48 continental states. US customers in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must contact us for shipping cost prior to making paypal payment.
Combined shipping discount
We have offered combined shipping discount for quantity above 1 for the same item. However, our system cannot automatically provide combined shipping rates for multiple products. Please contact us to get the combined shipping rate quoye over the phone or via email. Then you can make payment over the phone with your credit card or via PayPal.
Payment method
All our online payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay directly with your PayPal account or credit card. We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- For credit cards payment you can choose to pay with paypal or by phone call us at 1-514-644-3177 Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm eastern time.
- For other payment methods, such as email transfer, bank wire transfer, please contact us for more info.
Shipping address
All items are shipped to the confirmed PayPal address ONLY! Shipping to alternate address MUST be pre-approved by SignMAX. You must contact us to obtain approval before you make the payment.
We will only process your order upon receipt of payment.
We are not responsible for damaged or misdirected mail.
International Purchase
WinPCSIGN: Available to many countries all around the world, if the software is not available in your country simply contact us
by email or by phone 1-514-644-3177.
Digital product: Avalaible in all countries. You will receive an email at your paypal email address to download the product right after we receive our payment. If you
don't receive the email, please look in your spam folder and if your spam folder is still empty, simply contact us and we will deliver the product.
Shipping product: Available to USA and CANADA, if you are not from this country, we will gladly recommend you a reseller in your country.
Refund
Due to copyright laws, CDs and DVDs are non-refundable.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.
However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
Return
Item must be returned within: 30 Days
Refund will be given as: Merchandise Credit
We will not accept package without valid RMA number
To obtain your RMA number call us at 1.514.644.3177. All merchandise received without an RMA number will be refused.
*The RMA number must be clearly identified on the return package.
Download files
Signmax.ca will not issue refunds for any downloaded files (software updates, logos, fonts).
We strongly recommend that you copy, burn to CD or DVD, or save to a USB memory key after you've downloaded. A credit to purchase other items may be applicable in the event of a wrongly downloaded version.
Returns for exchange are permitted ONLY in the case of defective merchandise
Return machine must be with the original package box and all original accessories. Non original package return with a valid RMA number will be refused.
In any case, non refund on shipping cost.A 15% restock fee will apply on return merchandise.
Customer will be responsible for shipping the return machine to our service center.
