Decorating sublimated jerseys limits the material types you can apply. Standard heat transfer vinyl will change color as the color in the garment migrates through the design. EasyWeed Sub Block is specially formulated to block all dye migration and leave you with an awesome looking jersey! Even through wash after wash the color stays vibrant and undisturbed. EasyWeed Sub Block is ideal for the popular digital camo and motocross jerseys!


EasyWeed Extra is CPSIA Certified, so it’s perfect for decorating items intended for children.


EasyWeed is 110 Microns / 4.3 Mils and is a PU composition.

APPLICATION

  • Cut design in mirror(
  • Cover with Teflon Transfer Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
  • Preheat garnment fo 2-3 seconds
  • Apply design at 265°F/130°C
  • Use MEDIUM pressure for 10-15 seconds
  • Peel carrier HOT or COLD
  • If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 5-10 seconds
Testing: Always test on a fabric swatch prior to production, especially on heavily treated fabrics.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wait 24 hours before first wash
  • Turn garment inside out
  • Machine wash COLD with mild detergent
  • Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines
  • Do not dry clean or bleach
  • Liquid fabric softener not recommended
  • Instructions apply to the material only, please follow garment washing instructions as well
