Store pickup - steps by steps

Save time and shipping fee with our store pick up option


  • Place your order and select "Store Pick Up" at the checkout page
  • Wait for a confirmation e-mail that your order is ready for pick up
  • Pick up at our store 3735 blvd. Ticentenaire, Montreal, Quebec

Once your an online order is accepted, a request will be sent to our store to prepare your order. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is ready to be picked up in store.


In order to identify yourself, please bring your a copy of your invoice and a government-issued photo ID that matches the mailing address of your credit card. Additionally, a signature is required for products pickup.

Product only available in store - (Shipping not available)


Some products for various reasons are only available in store and cannot be shipped. If your basket contains produits that can only be picked up in store, the shipping option will be disabled on the checkout page. To activate the delivery simply remove the products that required in-store pickup from your shopping cart.


Products only available in store will be listed in green on your cart page and on the checkout page. In addition, a green circle will appear at the bottom of the product listing to indicate that the items in the cart are only available in store.
