Many companies put together a complicated warranty filled with limitations and loopholes. Here at SignMAX, we believe in and stand by our machines because, unlike the competition, we really design, inspect and customized them to fit your production needs in Canada. That’s why all new SMX CNC & LASER machines are covered by our 2 years warranty on pieces.



We provide unlimited support via phone, email, or internet connectivity. In most cases, we are able to diagnose problems remotely so you can get your machine running again. If we are unable to resolve your problem remotely, we can dispatch an expert to your site.


SignMAX Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period of two years from the date of delivery. Travel expenses often fall outside of our warranty and will have additional costs, but know that our technicians do everything they can to keep any costs to a minimum or avoid extra costs all together.



Our Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: misuse, abuse, normal wear, or damage not resulting from defects in electronics, material, or workmanship. Modified or attempted repaired parts will void the warranty.
