Our Thickest Heat Transfer Vinyl – Now Easier to Cut and Apply


Thin or thick, materials of all sizes have a place in garment decorating! Siser Brick 600 is a 600 micron thick, flexible heat transfer vinyl that’s designed for smaller logos and designs to add extra dimension to your garments. Brick 600’s semi-gloss finish looks great on caps, bags, and is ideal for left chest logos. Next time you feel your design is just too flat, consider giving it some dimension with Brick 600 by Siser!


Brick is CPSIA Certified, so it’s perfect for decorating items intended for children.


Siser Brick is 600 Microns / 23.6 Mils and is a PU composition.


Brick 600 is Layerable only if using the embossed method of heat application.

ADHERES TO

APPLICATION

  • Cut design in positive (do not mirror)(
  • Cover with Teflon Transfer Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
  • Preheat garnment fo 2-3 seconds
  • Apply design at 310°F/155°C
  • Use MEDIUM pressure for 20 seconds
  • Peel carrier COLD
  • If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 2-5 seconds
Testing: Always test on a fabric swatch prior to production, especially on heavily treated fabrics.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wait 24 hours before first wash
  • Turn garment inside out
  • Machine wash COLD with mild detergent
  • Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines
  • Do not dry clean or bleach
  • Liquid fabric softener not recommended
  • Instructions apply to the material only, please follow garment washing instructions as well
