• Post Offices Box or Military addresses Only delivered by Canada Post. UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
• Goods Damaged in Transit In the rare instance that goods are damaged or the order is incomplete, do not accept the goods from the shipper as having been received in good order. All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within a period of seven days following delivery of the goods.
• Not In Stock If we do not have a product available in your order. You will be contacted by phone call and e-mail regarding your order. You will also get the notification that your order is on hold. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours your order will be canceled and refunded.
• Add-on and Change Policy SignMAX processes orders in a quick, timely manner to ensure that your package ships on time. Add-ons, changes or corrections cannot be made after the order is “Confirmed.” Please review specifics such as widths, colors and quantities in your cart before completion. Any add-ons will be treated as a separate order and charged accordingly
• Same day shipping Orders received before 2:30pm Central time (3:30pm Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, will ship the same day (except holidays), except for circumstances beyond our control. (Like a SnowStorm) Manufacturer drop shipments excluded.
• Warehouse Shipping Location All orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. SignMAX ships all orders via UPS or Canada Post.

Store pickup

• Minimum order is $30.00
• Phone order Allow 1 hour to prep your order
• Website order We will send you a message when your order is ready
• All orders must be prepaid before pick up
• Pick up time is from 9:30 AM until 4:30 PM (local time)
• Same-day pick up must be placed by 3:30 PM
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM will not be available until the next business day.

Drop shipping

• In order to offer an expanded selection of specialized items, SignMAX will ‘drop ship’ these products direct from the manufacturer.
• Dropships do incur a fee that covers additional shipping and handling charges from the manufacturer.
• All Dropships will receive a $19.95 shipping charge. There are no guaranteed ship dates, as the drop ship items will be fulfilled as the manufacturer is able.
• Dropships ship ground only and will come separately from your primary order. All drop-ship items are labeled as such on our website.

Shipping undercharge

Due the recent world events, the shipping charges are fluctuating rapidly. For this reason, if the invoice shipping charge is under the real shipping, SignMAX reserve the right to contact you by phone and email and adjust the amount of the shipping charge.

Shipping overcharge

We keep a close watch on every order. If for any reason your shipping charge is over the real shipping cost we will refund the excess shipping amount via PayPal.
